Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The resin caster is a full-time entry-level position. The primary duties are to assist the production casting team. These duties include but are not limited to:
• Demolding cast parts
• Conducting QC checks on demolded parts
• Solving problems with casting
• Adjusting machine settings for optimal performance
• Preserve mold life through careful demolding
• Achieve daily quota for parts produced
• Assisting with special projects as required on an as needed basis
• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications:
• Must be able to work in our Bellevue location
• Capable of working both individually and collaboratively
• Acute attention to detail
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Action oriented and able to complete tasks quickly
• Able to multi-task

The resin mold maker is a full time entry-level position. The primary duties are to assist the resin mold making department. These duties include but are not limited to:
• Cleaning masters
• Spruing masters for mold lay-up
• Designing mold lay-up schemes for difficult parts
• Trouble-shooting mold performance problems
• Minimize material usage and labor costs
• Maximize efficiency of molds and their creation
• Solicit feedback from casting to improve molds
• Other duties as necessary

The Warehouse Clerk is an entry-level position. This position is mostly focused on pulling orders. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Achieve the weekly packing goals
  • Pull orders in the proper sequence
  • Work at a good pace in order to meet goals
  • Get completed orders ready to ship
  • Random QC of items packed recently
  • Stack pulled product in an organized manner on the tables
  • Maintain a clean workstation, clean other areas as requested
  • Load outbound pallets onto trucks
  • Daily trash removal
  • Complete various tasks as requested
  • Unload trucks/containers as needed
  • Move things around warehouse as needed
  • Work in an efficient manner
  • Minimize idle chit chat

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for working under the Marketing Manager in executing the hands-on aspects of Privateer Press’ social media strategies and hands-on online audience engagement. This position requires a high degree of practical knowledge of diverse social media platforms and online community moderation practices. In some cases, travel to conventions for on-site social media coverage of Privateer Press events may be required. Design experience in InDesign and Photoshop required for generation of marketing-related digital and print assets.

Particular responsibilities may include the following, as directed by the Social Marketing Manager:

  • Day-to-day management of Privateer Press’ Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social media platforms. This will include the curation of fan-created content.
  • Administration of the Privateer Press forums. This will include overseeing a team of volunteer forums moderators, escalation of forums issues by the moderation team, and personal engagement with forums posters relating to their questions and concerns with Privateer Press games and products.
  • Generation of marketing assets, including sell sheets, Web banners, digital advertisements, and related digital and print needs.
  • Community and market research. The Social Media Coordinator will spend time reading and reporting on fan-sites, forums, and other sources of information pertinent to Privateer Press’ market and trends within that market.
  • Product review solicitation and review. The Social Media Coordinator will identify worthwhile reviewers of games and related products to be sent Privateer Press product for review. They will later review those submissions as they are published.
  • Fielding Customer Service inquiries made by audience members on social media.
  • Consumer advocacy. This position is responsible for identifying trends and concerns within the Privateer Press gaming community, determining which of those are significant, and then advocate for them within the company.
  • Identifying emergent social media platforms, apps, and related technologies that may be of use to Privateer Press.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in our Bellevue location
  • Strong familiarity with dominant social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and others
  • Familiarity with social media managements tools such as HootSuite
  • The ability to write in a “company voice”
  • A strong interest in social media technologies and understanding of online communities
  • Ability to generate marketing designs and final assets (print and digital)
