Job Description
This position’s primary duties include a variety of hobby projects such as building terrain for photography and conventions. Other duties include painting miniatures, updating and maintaining parts for the online store, and any needs as required by the Studio Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Concepting, building, and painting hobby terrain for No Quarter magazine articles, product photography and tournament tables
  • Maintaining terrain inventory and upkeep
  • Prepping terrain for transport to various conventions. This may include sourcing and/or building crate solutions to ensure materials arrive safely and securely
  • Army Painting and matching existing model color schemes
  • Writing hobby articles for No Quarter magazine and the Privateer Press website
  • Able to teach core hobby and terrain concepts in a classroom or one-on-one setting

• Demolding cast parts
• Conducting QC checks on demolded parts
• Solving problems with casting
• Adjusting machine settings for optimal performance
• Preserve mold life through careful demolding
• Achieve daily quota for parts produced
• Assisting with special projects as required on an as needed basis
• Other duties as necessary

The resin mold maker is a full-time entry-level position. The primary duties are to assist the resin mold making department. These duties include but are not limited to:
• Cleaning masters
• Spruing masters for mold lay-up
• Designing mold lay-up schemes for difficult parts

• Minimizing material usage and labor costs
• Maximizing efficiency of molds and their creation

Job Description

The Account Manager role is a mid-level position and will report directly to the Sales Director. The Account Manager will be responsible for making weekly calls to existing accounts to enhance individual account performance as well as making daily new account cold calls and followups to canvas for new business by maintaining a current call sheet. The Account Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are informed of current OP programs, Best Trade Sales Practices, and other promotional and marketing materials.
This is a full-time position in our Bellevue, WA office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Achieve sales objectives and implement the necessary resources to achieve objectives.
• Direct sales to retail stores – existing accounts and new accounts.
• Direct contact with retailers to promote products as well as gather feedback and data that can be applied to product development and growth strategies.
• Promote sales, retention, and acquisition at the retailer and club level with in-store and club programs such as leagues, release events, and special promotions.
• Ensure marketing goals are being met at the store level and collaborate on future promotions coordinating with product releases, events, etc. Trade Sales will have input with Marketing.
• Coordinate and send weekly emails to retailers.
• Implement and coordinate sales policies and objectives.
• Be familiar with all products being sold.
• Recommend product enhancements to boost sales/gain new customers, such as OP kits, Point of Sale materials, displays, etc.
• Be motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Be an effective member of the sales team.
• Forecast sales in terms of dollars and quantities within territory.
• Create long- and short-term sales plans/goals for territory.

Job Description
The Digital Sculptor will be part of Privateer Press’ award winning Studio team and will be responsible for sculpting 32mm heroic scale miniatures from detailed concept art under the direction of the Studio Director and Creative Director using digital sculpting programs.

This is a full-time position in our Bellevue, WA office.

Duties Include:
• Sculpting Miniatures utilizing digital software – Working from concept and pose sketches, create three-dimensional sculpts of the figures. Consult with Studio Director and Creative Director to ensure the themes and character of the figures are maintained, and render the work in progress of various stages of completion for approvals and creative feedback.
• Contribute to the studio’s creative process - As a member of the miniatures studio, the Digital Sculptor will often be called on to offer suggestions, critiques, and solutions for translating two-dimensional concept art into three-dimensional miniatures, whether on his own work or the work of other members of the studio.
• Prepare Final Sculpts for Rapid Prototyping – Breakdown final digital sculpts into complementary parts for Rapid Prototyping and adjust final sculpt as needed during the RP process.
• Additional Duties – Other various sculpting tasks as required.

Required Skills and Proficiencies
• Experience with Zbrush software. Knowledge of Maya, Rhino, Freeform/Claytools, and/or Solid Works a plus.
• Understanding and experience with digital sculpting process for 3-dimensional models.
• Acute attention to details with a strong understanding of how the details will read at scale.
• Patience, focus, and determination to see a project through completion
• Capability to work under the direction and needs of mold makers, production specialists, and artistic directors.
• Ability to keep cool and produce quality work under pressured deadlines

Preferred Skills and Proficiencies
