Replacements

If you have purchased something from any of our product lines with a missing part, card, or miscast pieces, please use the contact form and select "Missing Parts" for the category. Please include the following information to help us expedite your service.

• A Detailed Description of what was missing or miscast and where you made the purchase. (You can include a photo as an aid if possible, or use the picture on the back of the box for reference)
• The Packed by # (if any) included on a small slip of paper in the product container.
• Your Name and complete mailing Address

If you are having trouble purchasing through the Privateer Press Store or have a problem with your order, please use the contact form and select the category "Online Store". Please include the following information to help us resolve your issue.

• A Detailed Description of any error message you are getting for the website, if any, or problem with your order
• The Order Number
• Your Name, Email address used in the order, and complete mailing Address
