We also publish the bimonthly No Quarter™ magazine and the Formula P3™ hobby tool and paint range in addition to the other products in our catalog. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Support Assistant’s primary duties are to assist the Customer Service team. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Pulling and packing online store orders and preparing them for shipping
    • Pulling and packing customer mispack requests
    • Packing demo tables and demo kits
    • Packing point-of-sale and promo kits
    • Packing Organized Play items
    • Delivering all ready-to-ship items to shipping department
    • Assisting with special projects as required on an as-needed basis
    • Other duties as necessary


    • Must be able to work in our Bellevue location
    • Upbeat and positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
    • Able to handle tough situations and personal conflict with the utmost care and diplomacy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
    • Intimate knowledge of Privateer Press products
    • Warehouse or inventory experience
    • Capable of working both individually and collaboratively
    • Strong work ethic
    • Action-oriented multitasker with ability to complete tasks quickly
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for 8 hours each day
    • Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs
